Staying at Inter Hotel is unequivocal with accepting the following provisions.
§1
Tenant is bound to show a document with a picture to a receptionist in order to confirm the Tenant’s identity.
§2
Rooms are booked for hotel days. A hotel day starts at 2 p.m. and finishes at 12 of the following day.
If a Guest does not specify the lenght of the stay, it is assumed that the room is booked for one day.
If a Guest wishes to extend the stay after the period specified at the moment of arrival, the Guest should amend their stay up to 9 a.m. of the day in which renting the room terminates. The hotel fulfills the Guest’s wish of extending the stay if there are rooms available.
Keeping the room after 12 is treated as extending the stay.
§3
People not registered at the hotel may stay in a hotel room from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Staying at a room after 10 pm. unregistered is equivalent to giving permission by a Tenant for payed accomodation of the accompanying person along with the current pricing available in the reception.
A hotel guest is not obliged to transfer the room to third parties, even if the period for which the Tenant paid is not over.
§4
In accordance with the act from 8.04.2010 on health safety and consequences resulting from using tobacco and tobacco products and the act of the State Sanitary Inspection (Journal of Laws No 81, pos. 529), there is complete prohibition of smoking cigarettes and tobacco products in the hotel.
§5
The Hotel is obliged to ensure proper conditons for the Guest’s leisure time, safety and discretion, as well as professional and attentive service.
The hotel offers the following services free of charge: providing information regarding the stay and travelling, wake-up call, safekeeping money and valuable items during the Guest’s stay in the hotel, keeping the Guests’ luggage in the hotel.
If there are any complaints regarding services, Guests are asked to immediately inform the Reception.
§6
The hotel does not bear responsibility due to loss or damage of money, securities, valuables or items of scientific or artistic value, if those items are not given to the hotel deposit. The hotel may refuse to accept the deposit.
§7
Curfew in the hotel is applied between 10 p.m.-6 a.m.
§8
Due to fire safety requirements, it is forbidden to use open fire in rooms in any form: heaters, irons and other similar equipment which is not included in the room’s equipment. It does not include battery chargers and computer power adapters.
§9
When leaving a room, the Tenant should make sure that the doors are locked. Hotel guests take full financial responsibility for any kind of damage of any items and technical equipment as resulting from their fault lor fault of their visitors.
§10
Items left in a hotel room by the leaving Guest are kept in the Hotel for 3 months. If in this period the Guest does not take the items and does not wish for the items to be sent at the Guest’s own expense, these items are given to public use.
